Tomorrow, the inaugural VilleAero Aerospace and Logistics Conference begins, and we are thrilled that you will be in attendance.
Below, we have some quick reminders to ensure you have a smooth conference experience.
Arriving at the Conference
On-Site Parking
On-site parking is available right at the Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel.
Where is the Conference?
The conference will be in the Cartier room, which is right through the doors on the main floor when you come in from parking.
Breakfast
Breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the conference itself will start at 9:00 a.m.
Networking Oppourtunities
We will have two 15-minute networking breaks at 10:30 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., and we have allotted 60 minutes for lunch at 12:00 p.m.
